It’s Halloween season. The days are getting shorter. The nights are getting longer. How better to spend the cold and dark seasons than with a book that will give you chills and thrills?
This week, the Content Team chose some of their favourite mysteries for older readers. From haunted schools and secret societies to murder threats and cultural reckonings, each story invites readers into a world where danger lurks beneath the surface—and courage is the only way through. Some of these books are science fiction or fantasy, while others focus on the terrors that lurk in our own world. Regardless, all will deliver a twist ending that you won’t see coming.
