Happy New Year from the Content team! If you attended any parties to welcome 2026, chances are you heard people singing “Auld Lang Syne”. The lyrics were written by the Scottish poet Robert Burns, and as Burns Night is celebrated annually on 25 January we wanted to shine a spotlight on our favourite fiction and non-fiction books with a Scottish focus. Some feature Robert Burns as a character, and another is a graphic novel adaptation of one of his poems!
