For this month’s booklist, we have assembled a list of titles focusing on anxiety disorders in children and young adults.

More and more children and teenagers get in contact with anxiety, through the media, friends and family or experiencing it themselves. These books aim to be a help in how to deal with anxiety as well as simply showing that one is never alone.

Schools and parents can find more resources about anxiety disorders on the NHS website.
